Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Shipping and processing time is 2-5 business days Monday through Friday on Saturday before 1pm. Holidays Excluded.
ADDRESS- please make sure you are putting in the correct address. In any event that you put in the incorrect shipping address please email customer service immediately. I cannot make any changes once the order is processed.
SHIPPED- Once your order is shipped and handed over to the carrier, I am no longer responsible for your order. Rich Auntie is not Responsible for any lost stolen, or damaged packages. I encourage all customers nonlocal to purchase ROUTE shipping protection at checkout. Your will be 100% protected hassle free. Route is optional however if you choose not to purchase Route and your package is lost, stolen or damaged. You will need to file a claim with the carrier linked to your tracking number. Refer to their website on how to file a claim.
REFUSED PACKAGE- if or when you place an order and you refuse the package at delivery. The package will get returned back and you will be charged 15% of the sale
UNDELIVERABLE - if any packages are sent to an address where the package can’t be delivered. I will try to locate you for the correct address once package is returned. If I cannot locate you, I will refund you minus the shipping fee.
